About the role

You. Close. Business. You possess a deep understanding of the value Filtered can bring to customers and are excited to bring that to the audience that will benefit the most from our platform. You pride yourself on your ability to effectively build relationships, navigate complex Enterprises, and drive focused short-term deals that lead to big long-term relationships. You are excited to help build the sales machine at a rapidly growing startup and are eager to help the world’s top brands fix technical hiring.

You will:

  • Build Filtered’s customer base by pursuing and closing a steady stream of leads provided to you by our lead gen team
  • Actively and accurately manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
  • Work effectively in a team environment and support the success of your peers
  • Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives and team members
  • Directly influence the direction of our product and our go to market strategy


  • Have a well-developed sales framework that you can apply to Filtered while also embracing opportunities to learn and improve
  • Are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • Aren’t afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve
  • Have a structured, disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail
